Setting Up Report Scheduling

Automate your reporting process by using the scheduling feature on the 'Executive Reports' page. You can configure Baalvion to automatically generate and email key reports to stakeholders at regular intervals.

To schedule a report, simply toggle the switch next to the desired report (e.g., 'Weekly Summary'). A configuration modal will appear, allowing you to set the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly), the day and time of delivery, and the recipient email addresses. You can add multiple recipients, including external stakeholders like investors or accountants. All scheduled reports are generated as PDFs and sent as email attachments.
