Interpreting AI Forecasts

The 'AI Intelligence' page is where our machine learning models provide you with predictive insights. The Revenue Predictions table forecasts your Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) for the next 3, 6, and 12 months. The 'Confidence' score indicates how certain our model is about its prediction, based on the stability and volume of your historical data.
The 'Growth Opportunities' and 'Risk Alerts' are generated by a separate model that analyzes your operational data against market trends. These cards are designed to be actionable. An opportunity might suggest a new market to enter, while a risk might highlight a high customer concentration. Use the 'Explore' button on these cards to get a more detailed breakdown and suggested next steps.
