Your overall compliance score is a weighted average of the compliance status across all your countries of operation. Each country is scored out of 100 based on several key areas: Tax Status, Data Law Adherence, Local License Validity, and Employment Law Compliance.

Our system regularly checks public records and integrates with legal databases to assess your status. For example, for 'Tax Status,' we verify if your VAT/GST filings are up to date. For 'Data Laws,' we check your privacy policy against the requirements of local regulations like GDPR or CCPA. A 'Review Needed' status is triggered when a new law is passed or a deadline is approaching, prompting you to take action.
