Adding Your First Business

Welcome to Baalvion! Adding your first business is the initial step to unlocking the power of our platform. Navigate to the 'Businesses' section from the main sidebar. Here, you'll find an 'Add Business' button. Clicking this will open a form where you can input all the essential details about your new entity, including its name, country of operation, currency, and initial financial metrics.

Once you've filled out the required information, our system will guide you through connecting its primary bank accounts and payment gateways. This is crucial for enabling real-time financial tracking. Ensure you have the necessary credentials handy for a smooth setup process. Our secure integration process ensures your data is always encrypted and protected.

After a business is added, it will immediately appear on your main dashboard. You can then start inviting team members, assigning roles, and setting up specific KPIs for that business unit. Explore the 'Settings' for the new business to configure custom alerts and reporting preferences.
